The receptionists are always bright and cheery and very helpful. It is sometimes difficult to get an appointment but the girls on reception try to sort it with a phone call etc.

Both doctors and reception staff are extremly professional and sympathetic.
I can't see how they can be improved.

My GP is personable and helpful.
It would be useful if patients could be kept informed of delays whilst waiting to see their G.P.
I had a 09.30 appointment but wasn't seen until 10.06. There was no indication there would be such a long delay.
Otherwise fine.

The service at North Holmwood is very good. The dispensing service is a most needed one in the area. The staff are most helpful and knowledgeable. I always find it a pleasant and welcoming place.

Very satisfied with the medical care, but have difficulty getting appointments at North Holmwood. I do not have a car or children, and therefore if offered appointments at Brockham, this means I would have to have a taxi cost £36. I had difficulty getting a flu jab, and after 5 phone calls over 4 weeks was eventually given a doctors appointment to receive it. Had been offered Brockham, but would have been easier to make an appointment with Boots the Chemist for £12.99 than pay taxi fares.
Difficulty at times getting taxi for Doctors appointment at North Holmwood, but this obviously is not the surgery fault, but rather where I live.
Recently had a mastectomy, very prompt referral by Dr.J. Thompson, and excellent attention from East Surrey Hospital.
Being able to telephone for repeat prescriptions which are collected by Friths, is an excellent service. Long may it continue.
I have been a patient at North Holmwood for 33 years, and it is sad that the service has deteriorated since joining with Brockham and Newdigate
